Tech Thursday: Study Skills Videos for Students
Study skills videos & supporting discussion topics.
I stumbled upon this great resource created by Jessica Bernards and Wendy Fresh, math instructors at Portland Community College. They have created a series of short videos about study skills and a document with suggested follow-up questions/discussion topics. They also have playlists of math-focused videos on their YouTube channel.
Each video is short, animated, and very student-friendly. They are’’t content-heavy, but are a good discussion starting point to get students thinking - and hopefully chatting! - about different study-related topics.
Happy Viewing!
