Is it a sign-up kind of series? or something you post about and we get notifications? I'm really looking forward to this! In the 20+ years I've been teaching at this particular institution, we have never had any support for SoTL and I'd like to try it before I retire.
No special sign-up required! My weekly posts for the next couple months will focus on developing these projects, so if you're a subscriber you'll get them as emails and notifications, if you use the substack app. I'm delighted that you're interested! You might also find it helpful to get a colleague or two to work with you on brainstorming and developing a potential project - having someone to bounce ideas off of can be so useful.
Thanks! It would be wonderful to have a colleague who'd be interested in doing this with me, but that, in fact, is why I'm here - there's not much of a community around teaching where I am. Heavy teaching loads + no support for teaching = not too many people interested. I'm hoping to find colleagues *here* to bounce ideas off of. I already have an idea of what I want to do, based on my ungrading experiences this last spring. I am so glad you're doing this.
This sounds so Interesting. Does this require a paid subscription?
