I like the Microsoft Whiteboard app. I have it on my laptop and phone. You can change the color and design of the board.

mathcha.io has a built in grapher and also has LaTeX capabilities for an online whiteboard. It's sharable, but unfortunately doesn't allow 2+ users to edit a single document.
